A modern business-management platform for service-based organizations, and the first client whose complete learning ecosystem we designed.
CoreFlow was preparing to launch. The software was ready; the onboarding, documentation, and knowledge base were not. They hired The Training Desk to build all of it. This board establishes CoreFlow's brand so every guide, screen, and deliverable that follows feels like it came from a real software company.
You asked to explore a few options. Here's my recommendation with credible alternatives, a name that sounds like a real commercial SaaS platform and stays clearly separate from The Training Desk.
The rest of this board is built on CoreFlow. Say the word and I'll re-skin it to any name above, the system stays identical.
A center node (the core) inside a flowing orbit (the flow). Geometric, app-icon ready, and instantly distinct from The Training Desk's flame.
A complete fictional company, so the case study reads like a genuine client engagement, not a demo.
Where The Training Desk is warm paper and flame, CoreFlow is cool and confident, a royal blue, calm slate neutrals, and a single positive-green accent. The contrast is the point: a real product on The Training Desk's desk.
Plus Jakarta Sans across the interface and documents; IBM Plex Mono for data, codes, and version numbers. A clean SaaS voice, separate from The Training Desk's Hanken Grotesk & Newsreader.
Polished, memorable module names replace the plain working titles. These become the navigation of every screen and the chapter structure of the learning ecosystem.
A glimpse of the Home Dashboard in the CoreFlow design language. The full, believable screens come next, they'll become the screenshots reused across every guide, quick reference, and video.
The Training Desk stays the hero. CoreFlow is the client whose success proves what we do.
On the site, this lives under a new top-level Case Studies menu. Each individual guide in the Trainer's Corner links back here: "Part of the CoreFlow Case Study →".
CoreFlow is a fictional company created by The Training Desk for demonstration purposes. Any resemblance to real products or organizations is coincidental. Future case studies will span hospitality, healthcare, fitness, legal, manufacturing, retail, and more, each a complete client engagement.
